Auto Professional Service is a Newbury Park auto repair shop owned and operated by the father-son team of Andres Perez Sr. and Andres Perez Jr. Before the Perez family established APS in 2010, Andres Jr. had worked in a couple automotive dealerships, and wanted the opportunity to change certain aspects of auto repair, such as employee treatment and customer service. With his own auto repair shop, Andres knew he could help others in the auto repair industry, as well as car owners in need of a fair and honest mechanic.

Andres Jr. leads the auto repair team at Auto Professional Service, based on a lifelong fascination with cars and years of dealership training and experience. He is ASE certified, Infiniti certified, and he is an Infiniti Senior Specialist, with expertise in electrical repairs and car computer systems. While at the dealership, Andres not only learned how to properly maintain and repair vehicles, he learned that the dealership automotive service experience often lacks the personal touch customers appreciate and deserve. Today, Andres and the team at APS make it a constant priority to make customers feel respected and valued. Customer service is never an afterthought—it’s the priority.
